To the entire Howlett Family,we are saddened by the passing of "Dottie". She was friendly "down home gal" and we always enjoyed her company at family gatherings . I especially admired her independence and courage. I remember seeing her at David's office, the weather that day was horrific and dark with huge down pours of rain. She told me she was driving back home, I was so concerned and said she should wait or get a ride! She told me "oh this is nothing!!" God Bless you Dorthy Howlett and all your family! with love Joan (Keefe) and Nick Caristo
