WUNDERLEE, Dorothy B.
Dorothy B. Wunderlee, 91, of Branford passed away on Saturday, (July 6, 2013) at Yale New Haven Hospital. Dorothy was the daughter of the late Anthony W. and Messina ( Tomassini) Buckley, and was the widow of Gordon Wunderlee. She was a member of Saint Paul Church, Kensington. Dorothy is survived by a daughter Susan Wunderlee of Mass; two cousins Florence Tomassini and John Tomassini.
Friends and family are invited to call on Wednesday, July 10, 2013, from 9:30-11 a.m. at the Berlin Memorial Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Kensington, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Saint Paul Church at 11:30 am. Burial in Saint Mary's Cemetery, New Britain will follow. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Ladies Marchegiana Society, 216 Cedar St., New Haven, CT.

Dorothy is my godmother and I will always remember her as a wonderful person.
I also have fond memories of Tony Buckley and Messina at their bakery!
Tony would cook turkeys on Thanksgiving for the neighbors because he had those big ovens for baking bread!
