Edith Vaccariello Obituary



Edith C. (Rich) Vaccariello, 91, of Glastonbury, passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2013. She was the beloved wife of James J. Vaccariello for 71 years. Born in Southington, she was a Newington resident for 22 years and a member of St. Mary's Church, Newington. She retired from the Fletcher Terry Co. in Farmington after 20 years of employment. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Edith leaves her daughter Patricia A. LeBrun of South Windsor, her three grandchildren, Darcy and Stacey LeBrun, and Jodi Tomany and her husband Sean, and two great grandchildren, Patrick and Matthew Tomany. She also leaves a close family friend Lisa Richard, sister-in-law Edith Vaccariello and several nieces and nephews including Donna Davy and Patrick Vaccariello. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, December 10th, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, Newington. She will be laid to rest in St. Thomas Cemetery, Southington. Calling hours will be private.
