Edward Zanetti Obituary



Edward Zanetti 85 of Plainville, beloved husband of the late Alice (Mastriano) Zanetti, died Tuesday, December 31, 2013. He was a U.S Army veteran of the Korean War. Edward was retired from Ellis Carlson Construction Company. He will always be remembered as a devoted fan of UCONN Womens basketball and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Edward leaves his son Edward Zanetti Jr. of Plainville and daughter Helen Otero of Middlefield; his sister Sarah Zanetti of Newington and three grandchildren, Richard J Sutterlin, Daniel J Otero and Kimberly Zanetti. He also leaves many nieces and nephews. Edward was pre-deceased by one sister and four brothers. A Memorial Service will be held at John J. Ferry & Sons, INC. 88 East Main Street Meriden, CT 06450 on January 7th, 2014 between 4pm and 7pm.
