DICKER, Estelle
Estelle (Payne) Judy Bubbles Dicker, of Simsbury died at McLean, surrounded by family, on Monday, October 28, 2013, after a lengthy battle with Parkinson's. Born August 22, 1927 in London, England, she moved to New Haven, CT then residing in Annapolis, MD prior to Simsbury. She was a beautiful, elegant woman, with a wonderful sense of humor. A loving mother, grandmother, aunt, sister and friend who will be greatly missed. She was a member of Emanuel Synagogue, West Hartford. Her courage and determination will serve as an inspiration to her family and all who knew her. Mother of Ellyn Ziplow and her husband Sandy of Simsbury, CT, Henry Dicker and his wife Tracy of Mountainside, New Jersey. Grandmother of Matthew Witten, Paige Ziplow, Sidney Dicker, Jake and Jordan Tyler. Predeceased by both her husbands Sidney Dicker and Elliot Olinksy and son Marc Dicker. The family expresses their love and appreciation to the caring and devoted staff of Unit 4 McLean, McLean Hospice and all who cared for Judy.
