Geoffrey Zola Obituary
Geoffrey Zola, 21 year resident of Lexington, MA, formerly from West Hartford, CT, passed away peacefully at home and is survived by his treasured wife, Judy Seltzer Zola, and beloved children, Rebecca, Zachary and Sarah. Geoffrey was pre-deceased by his father, Joseph and his brother Benjamin, and is also survived by his mother, Marcia, brothers, Lawrence and Michael, sister-in-law Ling, and numerous nieces and nephews. Geoffrey graduated from Hall High School and Drexel University with a major in Management. Geoffrey worked most recently for the Boston Red Sox as a ticket taker and was thrilled to be in attendance when they won the World Series. Services at Temple Emunah, 9 Piper Road, Lexington, on Sunday, January 12, 2014 at 11:30 am. Following interment at Beit Olam Cemetery, Wayland. Memorial observance will be at his residence Sunday until 9 pm, Monday- Thursday 7-9 pm, Friday 1-3 pm. Evening minyan at 7:45 pm. Donations may be made to the Geoffrey Zola Holocaust Education Fund at Temple Emunah, or in Geoffrey's memory to the Red Sox Foundation (www.redsoxfoundation.org) and will be used for game tickets for children who otherwise could not afford to see the game. Geoff was my 'little brother' when he was at Drexel. I will never forget his cute giggle and always happy face. Although we had lost touch, I have such wonderful memories of spending time with him many years ago. My condolences and warm wishes to the entire Zola family.

I am so sorry about Geoff's passing. He was a wonderful guy. I worked with him mainly at the Opera House but also the Wilbur and Orpheum. He was also up for a new dining experience. He was also a good friend who would do whateve it took to help you out. I'm going to miss him.

To Zola family,
I am so sorry to hear of Geoffrey passing.
Geoffrey was the hardest working person I knew. He was a great friend to me and others.
I worked with him at the TD Garden,Opera House,Wang Theatre and the Colonial Theatre. He loved his sports and would try not to miss a game or work.
He had an open heart and a willingness to be there for you. He was the kind of friend everyone would like to have.
He will be truly missed by all who loved him and cared about him.
My condolence goes out to Judy and the rest of the family. May you find courage and strength within family and friends.
