Gerard Petrocelli Obituary
Gerard "George" L. Petrocelli, 87, of Vernon, beloved husband of Maria (Sarano) Petrocelli passed away, Wednesday, December 4, 2013. He was born March 10, 1926 in West Warwick, RI, the son of the late Reginaldo and Concetta (DiCarlo) Petrocelli. Besides his wife, he is survived by his son, Gerard R. Petrocelli of Scotland, CT; his daughter, Maureen Conti and her husband Frank of Ellington; his sisters, Rose White of Laurens, SC, Theresa Carey and her husband Ralph of Scranton, PA and Lucy Marwell and her husband Russell of North Providence, RI; his grandson, Paul Conti and his wife Lauryn of Windsor; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Nick Petrocelli. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9 AM on Friday, December 6, 2013 at St. Bernard's Church, 25 St. Bernard Terrace, Rockville, CT 06066. A Graveside Service will be held at 1 PM on Friday, December 6, 2013 at the Rhode Island Veterans' Memorial Cemetery (Please meet at the Administration Building at 12:45 PM).
