Jack J. Christadore

Jack J. Christadore, 91, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2014 at Emeritus Senior Retirement Community in South Windsor, CT surrounded by his family. Jack was born October 9, 1922 in Willimantic, son of the late Joseph & Josephine (Del Monte) Christadore. He is survived by his wife of 65 years; Mildred (Harris) Christadore, two daughters; Jaclyn Petrizzo and her husband Ed, and Jan Bienkowski and her husband Ray; all of Manchester, CT. Two granddaughters; Kimberly Boulette and her husband Warren of Vernon, CT, and Dacia Marszalek and her husband Paul of Clinton, CT. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; Nathan and Kelsey Boulette, and Ryan and David Marszalek. Jack also leaves behind two brothers; Fred and Eugene Christadore, and three sisters, Eleanor Racette, Mary Wojick, and Yolanda Christadore in addition to many nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by Joseph, Dominic, and Charles Christadore. Funeral services will be held Friday January 17, 2014 at 10:00 AM at St. John's Episcopal Church, 523 Hartford Tnpk., Vernon. Burial with military honors will be in Grove Hill Cemetery in Vernon. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 4-7 at Holmes Funeral Home, 400 Main St., Manchester.
