Jan Kiszka

Jan Kiszka, 66, of Cromwell loving husband of Elizabeth (Witwicki) Kiszka, passed away at home on Friday (December 20, 2013). He was born in Poland the son of Wlodzimierz and Helena (Kuczma) Kiszka. He retired eight years ago from Textron where he worked as an inspector. Jan was a member of St. John Church, Cromwell. He enjoyed gardening, skiing, and almost every outdoor activity. His greatest joy was being with his family, especially his grandchildren who he adored. Besides his wife Elizabeth, Jan leaves a son Christopher Kiszka and his wife Patricia of Middletown; his three beloved grandchildren Christopher Jr, Chloe, and Natalie Kiszka; his sister Lidia Marques; a sister in law Christine Domenick and her husband Patrick Sullivan, a brother in law Bill Witwicki and his wife Cynthia, and many nieces and nephews. Jan will be sorely missed by all of his family and friends.. A funeral service will be Tuesday December 24, 2013 9 AM. from the Rose Hill Funeral Home 580 Elm St. Rocky Hill. Followed by a Mass Of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St John Church, Cromwell. Burial will be in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Rocky Hill. Family and friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Monday December 23, 2013 from 4 to 7 PM.
