Jean Gregoire Obituary
Jean Joseph Gregoire 1943-2013 died in Hartford Hospital from lung related issues. He is survived by his only son Gary, his two sisters Clair and Claudette and brothers David, Jerry and, Raymond. He was a devoted husband to his wife Sheila for 35 years and a loving father. He was raised in East Hartford and worked as a chemical treatment engineer for most of his life at Pratt & Whitney. He was a car and motorcycle enthusiast and a tv and film buff. He was a veteran having served in the U.S. Air Force. Loved by many he had a great deal of friends in many circles. Jovial, generous, and kind, he was well loved and will be missed by all that his life touched. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, December. 28, 10 A.M. at St. Gertrude's Church, 550 Matianuck Ave., Windsor followed by a reception at the Windsor VFW. Carmon Funeral Home has care of arrangements.

Gary & family,
I am deeply saddened to learn of Joe's passing. I considered him and Mrs. Gregoire to be "second parents" during my teenage years. I fondly remember his wit, laughter, and unique delivery to impart his great wisdom.
