COLE, Jeremiah Travis
Jeremiah Travis Cole, age 3, was born in Hartford on March 1, 2010 to Shyasya Cole and Sean Moales. He joined the angels on Thursday, (July 4, 2013) in Atlanta, GA. He leaves to cherish his memory, his parents; his maternal grandmother, Charlene Stanley; his paternal grandmother, Maggie Cole; his maternal great-grandmother Lavinia Nash; two aunts, Ebony and Camara Cole; one great-aunt, Michelle Nash; and two uncles, Tyquan Bridges and Timothy Parkman, Jr..
Funeral services will be held Monday, July 15, 11 a.m., at. His family will receive friends on Monday, July 15, 10-11 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. at Old Ship of Zion Baptist Church, 45 Acton St., Hartford. Burial will follow in Spring Grove Cemetery Hartford. Carmon Windsor Funeral Home has care of arrangements. For online condolences please visit, www.carmonfuneralhome.com.
