KRONICK, Jonathan S.
Jonathan Seth Kronick, age 33, born October 9, 1979, passed away Sunday, (May 12, 2013) at Hartford Hospital. Jonathan was a lifelong Windsor resident. He was a graduate of Solomon Schechter Day School in West Hartford and attended Suffield Academy. He graduated from Baron Institute of Technology. Jonathan was a member of the Windsor All Stars Little League team. He was charming and witty. He was an avid snowboarder and a talented singer. His beautiful voice won him a local radio station karaoke contest. Jonathan had a passion for cars and was a skilled auto mechanic who kept the vehicles of family and friends in good repair. He will be remembered for lighting up every room he walked into with his smile. He was cherished by many friends and extended family members, including aunts, uncles, and cousins, and will be fondly remembered by them. Jonathan leaves his loving parents, Allen and Judith (Shor) Kronick of Windsor, his loving sister Pamela Kronick-Axler (and husband Brian) of Longmeadow MA and his nieces and nephew, Rachel, Joshua, and Briannah of Longmeadow MA, who lit up his world. Jonathan's legacy will continue on in others through the gift of tissue donation. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Foodshare, Inc. 450 Woodland Avenue, Bloomfield CT 06002-1342. Jonathan was a very caring person, who devoted many volunteer hours to Foodshare.
Funeral services will be Friday, May 17 at 11 a.m. with Rabbi Gary Atkins officiating in the sanctuary of Beth Hillel Synagogue, 160 Wintonbury Ave., Bloomfield, with interment to follow in the Beth Hillel Memorial Park Cemetery, 15 Wolcott Road, East Granby. Shiva will be observed on Sunday, May 19 at the home of Brian and Pamela Kronick-Axler with services at 7 p.m. and on Monday, May 20 at the home of Judith and Allen Kronick with services at 7:30 p.m. Funeral arrangements provided by Hebrew Funeral Association, West Hartford.

It is the little memories that linger. The first time I saw him when he came to be a part of your family and, lately, the moments when he regularly took the time to greet a neighbor walking by with her dog and say a few words. I will miss that smile and friendly wave. Thanks for sharing your son with all of us.
