I had worked with Joe at The Hartford and IBM. He was a very nice person who appreciated life in his unique, gentle way. My condolences to his family who he never stopped talking about.

I had met him a few times while at company picnic when I worked with Donna at IPMS. I will fondly remember for his laughter & love of all forms of life (and food) . The evening stars will shine abit brighter thru tear filled eyes.
