HIGGINBOTHAM, Kristie D.
Kristie D. Higginbotham, 66, of Middletown died on Monday, (March 4, 2013) at home. Born in Middletown, he lived in New Britain for many years before returning to Middletown. Kristie served in the U.S. Navy, during the Vietnam War and worked at Holo-Krome, Meriden for many years. He leaves his daughter Melissa Higginbotham and his grandson Alex, both of West Hartford, his sister and brother-in-law Katherine and Bob Gelinas in PA.
Family and friends are invited to call at the Newington Memorial Funeral Home, 20 Bonair Ave., Newington on Tuesday, March 12, from 5:30-7 p.m., his funeral service will begin at 7 p.m. He will be laid to rest, with military honors, in the Connecticut State Veterans Cemetery, Middletown, at a later date.

Melissa, I have never meet your dad but my son would speak of him all the time .Amost every day when he came from work,I would ask ,how your dad was or what new , he would tell me.I am so lucky to no you dad though my son , I would of like to have meet him. God Bless You and your son Alex,may your memories live on forever.
