EVANS-SWAIN, LaAndrew
LaAndrew Evans-Swain, 16, of Manchester, passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 14, 2013. Born in Hartford to Robert Swain, Jr. and Debra Evans, he was a student at MRA School in Manchester. He was very adventurous and loved to play sports, basketball being his favorite. He loved all his friends and family very much. Loved to give and receive hugs. He loved to dress, and had a special touch with smaller children. LaAndrew loved hanging out with his mom, who was his best friend; he studied and played precision drums. His lifetime ambition was to become an engineer. Andrew was truly loved we all feel very blessed to have had him in our lives for such a very short time. We will miss him dearly. LaAndrew leaves behind mother Debra A. Evans of Manchester, and father Robert Swain Jr. of East Hartford; Brothers Tiedah D. Evans of Manchester, Robert M. Swain Jr. (deceased) of East Hartford; Grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Melvin and Matria Evans of Tallahassee, FL. Robert Swain of Hartford; Grandmother Helen Swain (Deceased) Aunts Latrelle Evans of Norwich; Mr. and Mrs. Martin and Jeanine Jones of Hartford; Nephew Tiedah D. Evans Jr. of Enfield; Great-aunts, Jewel Evans of Thomasville, GA and Doris K. Evans of Berlin; Dee Messier of East Hartford; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Monday, July 22 at the Carmon Windsor Funeral Home, 807 Bloomfield Ave., Windsor followed by burial in East Cemetery, Manchester. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Monday from 10 AM to 11 AM. For online condolences please visit www.carmonfuneralhome.com.

Dear Debra amd family,
I am so sorry for your loss. When I look at that sweet face I remember with fondness the little baby that was in my daycare. He had such a sweet soul then and as he grew I noticed he still was special. He will be dearly missed. And even though this is such a sad time right now, we know that we will all see him again soon. On a perfect earth in Paradise. And we will hug him tight and let him know that Jehovah is indeed great and wonderful and he has given us back a precious and sweet boy. So you all hang in there and may Jehovah the God of all comfort bring you peace now during these trying times.
