MARTOCCHIO, Lillian L.
Lillian (Libratore) Martocchio, 93, of West Hartford beloved wife of the late Dominic A. Martocchio passed away Saturday, (July 6, 2013). Born April 7, 1920 in Bloomfield, daughter of the late Samuel and Vincenza (Mariani) Libratore she grew up in Bloomfield and had lived in West Hartford since 1970. She is survived by a son, Steven W. Martocchio of Denver, CO; three brothers, John Libratore of Stewart, FL, Salvatore Libratore of Avon, Joseph Libratore of Bloomfield; three sisters, Angeline Nadeau and her husband, Leo of Windsor, Marion Lombardi of Windsor, Rose Libratore of Bloomfield; many nieces and nephews; and a dear friend, William Corbett. Lillian was predeceased by infant daughter Deborah; two brothers, Louis and Dominic Libratore; a sister, Alvera Maznicki. Special thanks to all the staff at Hughes Health & Rehab. for the care given to Lillian over the years.
Her family will receive friends Tuesday, July 9, 2013 from 5-8 p.m. at Carmon Funeral Home, 807 Bloomfield Ave., Windsor. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 10, 2013, 10 a.m. at Carmon Funeral Home, Windsor. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: American Diabetes Association, PO Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
