MALLICK, Lottie (Kurcon)
Lottie (Kurcon) Mallick, 91, of Simsbury, wife of the late Frank Mallick, died Sunday, (July 14, 2013) at McLean in Simsbury. She was born March 26, 1922 in Meriden, daughter of the late John and Caroline (Krzemien) Kurcon and had lived in Collinsville for many years prior to moving to McLean in Simsbury. Mrs. Mallick had worked for International Silver in Meriden prior to her retirement. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church in Collinsville and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Collinsville Fire Department. She is survived by her son, David Mallick of Arizona; her stepson, Michael Mallick and his wife Edith of Torrington; and her beloved nieces and nephews including Linda Works of Stafford Springs and David Myjak and his wife Donna of Cheshire. She was predeceased by her sister, Helen Myjak; her brother Vincent Kurcon and his wife, Lillian Kurcon. The family would like to thank the staff at McLean in Simsbury for all the loving care they provided to Lottie over the years.
There are no calling hours. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, July 19th, 11 a.m. at St. Patrick's Church on Rt. 179 in Collinsville. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Collinsville. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Patrick's Church, P.O.
