Marcyan Kobylanski Obituary
Marcyan "Michael" Kobylanski, 71, of East Hartford, beloved husband of Lois (DePlacito) Kobylanski, died peacefully on Tuesday, December 10, 2013, at his home. He was born on January 9, 1942, in Hartford, CT, son of the late Michael K. and Jadwiga (Rudewicz) Kobylanski. Michael was a graduate of South Windsor High School with the Class of 1959 and went on to serve our country with the Army Air National Guard. A resident of East Hartford for many years, he worked as a Machinist and Quality Control Expert for P.S. Machine Co. in South Windsor, Triumph Manufacturing in East Hartford and L.M. Gill. Michael enjoyed spending time reading, fishing, at Cape Cod and in Clinton at the Marina. He was a likeable, warm, loving man with a great sense of Humor. Along with his wife Lois, he leaves his daughters, Dawn Klotzer and her husband Jim of Willington, Kimberly Johnson-Maynard of South Windsor and June Dube and her husband Dale of Bolton; his sister Judy Milkie and her husband James of South Windsor; his step-daughters, Karen Pietruszkiewicz and her husband Joseph of Marlborough and Donna Gray of Manchester; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his siblings, Conrad Kobylanski, Daniel Kobylanski and Prudence Beaudoin. His family will receive friends on Friday, December 13, 2013, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Samsel & Carmon Funeral Home, 419 Buckland Rd., South Windsor; followed by a service to begin at 12 Noon at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Wapping Cemetery, South Windsor. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. To Lois and the rest of Mikes family. I am so sorry for you loss. Mike always had a funny comment that we got a chuckle out of, even the most mundane things. I will miss waving to him from his chair in the garage. Zeke and I were so lucky to have had him as a neighbor.

I am so sorry to hear of Mickey's passing. I am so glad I took the time to visit him during our last high school reunion. I'll always remember him sitting in his chair inside his garage watching traffic pass - smoking his pipe. He looked so good. Very sad that he's gone. Muriel Magee Farrington

Lois & Family my Deepest sympathy.
Mickey worked for myself 10 or 12 years ago. One of the nicest guys you would ever meet & best of all we laughed, got our work done too.
Was an Honer to have know him. My flag will be @ 1/2 staff 2400 hours 12-13-13 for 24 hours in his Honer.

Worked with Mickey for years at Pegasus.
A fine gentle and oh so smart person,
Had a great sense of humor, I met him at Triumph before the move to Middletown. Mick could fined humor almost anywhere. I will truley miss
