To all the Rubino's...Betty has been the topic of conversation this week for all of us. We are so sorry to hear of her passing. So deeply sorry.
To think of the millions of times we were at your house...or your parents over at ours...and how much fun we all had...is something else. it's like my complete childhood. And still...easily...I can hear your Mom's voice (btw..super great pic of her)...calling to one of you...
In fact...bet you didn't know that our entertainment was our parents friends!!! :) We had your Mom's style of calling you down to a T! OMG...you'd get such a kick out of it.
Your Mom was always graceful and wonderful. Such a lady...And even though we're all grown up...we all still have super great memories of all the Rubino's...Tommy, Rusty...everyone!!!
Please know that you are all in my prayers. Your Mom's already in heaven!!!
If you can, please email me your Dad's home address to; [email protected]
Take care of yourselves and each other!!!
Peace & Love,
Marie Tyler (Wiley)

The Niekrash family is sending our deepest condolences to the entire Rubino family. We all have wonderful memories of playing together on Richmond Lane, North Main Street, and St. Timothy's School. The Rubino household was always one of our favorite places to go and Betty certainly was the heart of the family who made it great! She will live on in all of our memories. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all!
Sincerely,
Chris Niekrash

My first memory of lovely Betty Boysen was when she was a capable student nurse at SFHSN. I was a graduate at the time. We each went our separate ways and met up many years later as members of St. Timothy parish in West Hartford. I have many happy memories from parish activities to the basketball courts with the children. Vic, may all your happy memories of Betty sustain you and the children as you process your grief. God bless you all.
