Valerie & Jocelyn, So sorry to hear about your mother. I remember her with great memories at your house on Webster Hill in 50's.
She liked me even tho you & I were always getting in trouble.
I'm sure you'll both miss her a lot.

Marje and my mother Jane Salter were friends in their famous "club". She was one of the most genteel and loving people I have ever known. She welcomed us to her cottage at Old Saybrook several times and was always so sweet and gracious. Even though I only knew her through her friendship with my mom, she was always a friend to me. The world was a better place with her presence and she will be greatly missed. Sue Salter
