Mary Andrighetti Obituary
Mary B. Andrighetti, 101, of East Granby, beloved wife of the late Peter Andrighetti, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Meadowbrook Nursing Home in Granby. Born in Italy to the late Sebastiano and Gaetana (LaRosa) Bazzano, she came to the US as a young girl and lived most of her life in Hartford before retiring to Florida with her husband. Mary was a member of St. Bernard's Church in Tariffville and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who meant the world to her. She is survived by her daughter Angela Sinicrope and her husband Joseph of East Granby; her son-in-law Ted Socha of Wethersfield; her grandchildren Peter Socha, David Sinicrope, Jean Hunter; and her great grandchildren Dakota and Ciera Hunter. Besides her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her daughter Anna A. Socha. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:30 PM Friday, November 29 at St. Bernard Church, 7 Maple Street Tariffville, followed by burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Friday from 10 AM to 12 PM at the Carmon Windsor Funeral Home, 807 Bloomfield Ave Windsor. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Hartford, 839-841 Asylum Ave., Hartford, CT 06105-2801. Angie & family,
On behalf of myself, my dad (Emilio Sr.), my sister/brother-in-law (Mary Ann/Dan), and the few Macri/Fuda family members residing here in SW FL, we all express our deepest condolences to you and family.
I remember all those good memories of Compare Pete and Comare Mary, always attending and participating in all of our family events.
We still hold on to photos and films of some of those old times.
I remember visiting with you and your mother at MeadowBrook (with Mary Ann, my Mom & my Dad), not too long ago.
I am sure Mary will be in peace and tranquility now, with the Lord, and with her many family members.
May the good memories of her life bring you lasting comfort in the days to come.

Dear Angela I'm so sorry to hear about your Mom. I think of the great times growing up on Princeton Sreet with you and Anna. I remember your father, Peter coming by to plow our sidewalk with his tractor, always with a smile.
