CAMPBELL, Mary E. (Labbe)

Mary E. (Labbe) Campbell, 94, widow of Joseph Campbell, passed away Saturday at Apple Rehab in Cromwell with her family at her side. Born August 28, 1919, in Willinoket, Maine, she was the daughter of the late Richard and the late Edna (Willette) Labbe. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Virginia and Rocky Pelletier of Prospect, two sons and a daughter-in-law, Joseph Campbell of Mauldin, South Carolina, and Melvin and Ida Campbell of Berlin, five grandchildren, Donna and Nilsa Campbell of New Britain, Kimberly Rigano and her husband Sebastiano of Middletown, Gregory Campbell of Berlin, Debra Gonzalez and her husband Andre of Mauldin, South Carolina, and Jason Campbell of Oakville, one great-granddaughter, Dakota Campbell of Berlin, seven great-grandsons, Devin, Dante, and Domenic Rigano of Middletown, Davin, Diego, and Dominic Gonzalez of Mauldin, South Carolina, and Jayden Campbell of Oakville, three sisters, Pearl Michaud of Winsted, Gloria Fava of Deltona, Florida, and Vina Santos and her husband Leo of Waterbury, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters, Rella Boucher and Stella Tachereau, and three brothers, Eugene, Richard, and Rodney Labbe.
A Memorial Mass will take place Saturday at 10 a.m. at St. Paul Church on Alling Street in Kensington. A reception will follow. Burial in New Pine Grove Cemetery in Waterbury will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, New England Division, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701. Porter's Funeral Service in Kensington is assisting her family.
