I didn't know her but i see her maiden name is Vennard and she was born in Manchester so i think she was related to my late Grandfather Alfred Vennard. I am sorry for this message but i would like to offer our families condolences on behalf of my grandfathers family.

Our deepest sympathy to all of Gunty's family. She was a very special person and a loyal friend and neighbor to our family. Many fond memories of her and Grumpy - a loving nickname we honored Landon with - snowmobiling, playing cards, taking Sunday drives, or having a visit in their kitchen - memories I'll always cherish. Bette will be missed deeply. Again our deepest sympathy to all of you.
