Melinda HART Obituary
HART, Melinda "Mindy"
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that their family announces the passing of Melinda and her unborn daughter, Rowan, due to a tragic automobile accident on October 14, 2013. Mindy was born September 5, 1986 in Farmington, and resided in Bristol. She is a beloved and cherished daughter of Sandra (Dunham) Hart of Bristol and Wallace Hart, Sr. of Manchester. She is survived by her precious children, Caleb Hart, and Collin and Casey Muscillo and their father Patrick; brother Wally and son Dustin, all of Bristol; and maternal grandparents Arthur and Leona Dunham of Manchester. She also leaves an aunt, Patrica (Dunham) Russo and husband Joe of Manchester, aunt Sandy (Hart) Dubay and daughter Nina of Bristol, uncle Phillip Dunham and partner Alison of Tolland and uncle Keith Dunham, wife Chelle and son, Malachi of Blaine, WA. She also leaves auntie Carol (Pacitto) and Ellyn Hoyt, both of Bristol who were a special part of her life. Mindy's greatest joy in life were her children. She loved being a mother and built many happy memories her children will be able to carry with them forever. Mindy was a registered organ donor and her mother ensured that this wish was carried out with the highest hopes that Mindy will be giving life, hope and joy to others that their families not know the heartache that has entered her families hearts and home. Mindy always encouraged others to become Organ Donors.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 26 at 3 p.m. at First Congregational Church, 993 Main St., South Windsor. Burial will follow at Center Cemetery, South Windsor. Her family will receive friends, Friday, Oct. 25 from 5-8 p.m. at Samsel & Carmon Funeral Home, 419 Buckland Road, South Windsor. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Melinda Hart Children Education Fund c/o Rockville Bank, 1645 Ellington Road, South Windsor, CT 06074. Hey Mindy there's no need to know u to feel sad for what hapend,when my son came home from school and told me that one of a 4th grade boy lost his mom and unborn sister,ive felt soo sad i can only imagen the pain and hurt ur fam must be going through..now as an ANGEL im sure u'll take care them from heaven with their other lil ANGEL sis..also now u will be w/them taking care them at all time even when they grow older RIP MINDY N LIL BABYGIRL...

I only met Mindy once and yet my heart aches at this tragic loss of life. It aches most for her children. May she watch over them from heaven as she did here on Earth. My deepest sympathies to all who knew and loved her.
