WISE, Michelle Alexandria
Michelle Alexandria (Fodor) Wise, 46, of Avon and North Carolina, passed away Saturday (April 20, 2013) after a long illness. She was born in Hartford and was the daughter of Joseph and Elena (Shurko) Fodor of Avon. Michelle graduated from the Master's School, Simsbury and attended Sanford Brown, Farmington. She enjoyed reading and writing and had been a volunteer at the Avon Senior Center. Besides her parents, she leaves two daughters, Sidney Jane Phibbons and her husband Brandon of Oriental, NC and Xoe Wise of Chicago, IL; a brother, Mark Fodor and his fiancée Jackie Myketin of Simsbury; a granddaughter, Paisly Elisabeth Phibbons; two aunts, Linda Yale of Waterbury and Inka Wrubleski of Willington; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and former husband, Xan Wise.
Her family will receive friends Saturday, June 1, 2013 from 12 Noon to 1 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service in Celebration of her life at 1 p.m. at the Carmon Funeral Home & Family Center, 301 Country Club Rd., Avon. Memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 2075 Silas Deane Highway, Suite 100, Rocky Hill, CT 06067, due to her father's illness.
