FARGNOLI, Phyllis I.
Phyllis I. (Foster) Fargnoli, 89, wife of the late Dante A. Fargonil, of Newington, entered into eternal rest Thursday, (September 19, 2013) at home. Born in Ft. Fairfield, ME, daughter of the late Carvel D. and Amy B. (Hockenhull) Foster and was a resident of Newington for 59 years. She was employed in the accounting department for Royal Typewriter and Konica Business Machine, until her retirement. She is survived by her loving family, two sons, Dana F. Fargnoli of Lyme, and F. Paul Fargnoli and his wife Barbara of Hopkinton, MA, a daughter, Julie McManus and her husband, Mike of East Hampton; five grandchildren; Andrea, Jessica, Michael, Katie and Caroline; one great-granddaughter, Abby, a great-grandson Nikolas and a sister-in-law Patricia Foster of Windham, ME. Besides her husband, Phyllis is predeceased by her brother Winston Foster. She was blessed to have the loving friendship and devotion of her niece Diane Lyman and her "very best friend" Ivy Rajotte.
Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 24 at 6:30 p.m. at Newington Memorial Funeral Home, 20 Bonair Ave., Newington with calling hours from 4 p.m. until the time of the service.
