MORRIN, Richard P.
Richard P. Morrin, formerly of Wethersfield, passed away peacefully on August 23, 2013. He was born in Hartford, the fifth son of John T. and Margaret (Coppinger) Morrin. Richard is survived by his five brothers and one sister, John J. Morrin and his wife June of Wethersfield, Michael Morrin and his wife Nancy of Glastonbury, James Morrin and his wife Celia of Wakefield, RI, William Morrin and his wife Nancy of Woodbury, Robert Morrin and his wife Laurie Trager of Berlin and Ann T. Morrin and her husband John Felice of South Windsor. Uncle Richard also leaves many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and cousins. Richard's family wishes to thank the many staff and patients of both Aurora and especially Mediplex of Wethersfield, who provided a caring and understanding home over the last fifteen years. Special kudos to Masonicare.
The funeral will be held Tuesday August 27, 2013 at 9:15 a.m. from the Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, 34 Beaver Rd. Wethersfield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in the Church of the Incarnation, 544 Prospect St. Wethersfield. Burial will be in Mount St. Benedict Cemetery, 1 Cottage Grove Rd. Dear Annie and all members of the Morrin Family. Heartfelt prayers and sympathy for your loss of Richard. I have many happy memories of watching you all grow up as a family on Hillside Avenue I watched you all grow from youngsters on Hillside Ave. Bless you, Annie, for caring for your bothers and their families. So sorry for your loss. Richard always made me laugh, think and admire who he was and where he came from. He adored his siblings and often spoke of times when you were young. He is at peace now and will continue to always be in our hearts.
