LaFlamme, Roger N., 80, widower of Kathleen (Long) LaFlamme died Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at Vitas Hospice at St. Mary's Hospital, Waterbury. He was born April 18, 1933 in Lewiston, ME and was a son of the late Harvey and Irene (Lessard) LaFlamme. He was a cabinetmaker at Village Cabinets in Bristol and retired in 1998. He was a parishioner of St. Ann Church, Bristol, and he was a US Army Veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Lori Ann (Christopher) Godin of Simsbury, and Christine Marie (Tony) Rivera of Bristol, a brother, Marcel LaFlamme of Lewiston, ME, a sister, Connie Clabby of Lewiston, ME, two grandchildren, Michael and Andrew Godin and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother Ronald LaFlamme. The funeral will be held TODAY, Friday, 9AM from DuPont Funeral Home, 25 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, followed by a mass at 10AM in St. Ann Church. Burial will follow in ST. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. Guests may call at the funeral home one hour before the funeral on Friday.
