Rolande Wright

1916 - 2013

Rolande (Deprey) Wright, 97, of Southington, passed away on Nov. 22, 2013 at HCC at New Britain General. She was the wife of the late Raymond G. Wright Sr. She was born on May 8, 1916, in Eagle Lake, ME the daughter of the late Alexander and Catherine (Raymond) Deprey. Prior to her retirement she was the owner and operator of Ronanne's Bridal Shop in Plantsville for over 40 years. Mrs. Wright was a parishioner of St. Thomas Church. She enjoyed doing crossword and jigsaw puzzles. She is survived by her loving children, Lois Kline of PA, Joan Theriault and longtime friend Robert Garry of Southington, David and his wife Sharon Wright of ME, William Wright of Southington and Denise and her husband Wayne of Terryville, 19 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren, she also leaves two sisters Lorraine Lousier of Wolcott and Paula Tyndall of MA. and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son Raymond G. Wright Jr. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 26th at 9:15 a.m. from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. to St. Thomas Church at 10 a.m. Burial will be at St. Thomas Cemetery.
