HONIGMANN, Ronald L.
Ronald L. Honigmann of Ellington died on July 14, 2013 at the age of 76. He is survived by Erna Honigmann, his beloved wife of 50 years; a son, John Honigmann and his wife, Maria; a daughter, Andrea Sullivan and her husband, Bill; four grandchildren, Lexi and Jack Honigmann and Billy and Eric Sullivan; a sister, Viola Hart; a nephew, Timothy Hart; and a niece, Karen Discala. Ronald graduated from Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute of New York and was employed at Pratt and Whitney and Combustion Engineering, where his inventions produced several patents.
Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at the Burke-Fortin Funeral Home, 76 Prospect St., Rockville, CT 06066. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 19, 2013 at St. Luke's Church, 141 Maple St., Ellington, CT 06029. Burial will follow in Ellington Center Cemetery.
