Rosalie (Lassman) Rosenthal, 88, of West Hartford, CT, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday, August 1, 2013, at Saint Francis Hospital. She was blessed to have a wonderful circle of loving friends, with whom she shared many happy memories. Rosalie was an incredible homemaker and loved welcoming family and friends into her home. Rosalie's greatest joy was being a devoted mother and grandmother. She is survived by her three children: Stephen M. Rosenthal, MD, of San Francisco, CA, Robert B. Rosenthal, MD, and his partner Alison Uuereb of Middletown, CA, and Melanie Rosenthal Goodwin and her partner, George Berka, of New Haven, CT. To Steve, Rob, Melanie, Evvie and Nate...My childhood was filled with the wonderful circle of my parents' friends...always sharing each other's challenges and joys, and lots of laughter. I have admired their loyalty, and have aspired to the level of their lifelong friendships. My thoughts are with you and your families at this time.
Kiki and Ro, Lil and Bob, rest in the peace of whatever lies ahead.
....with love, Barbra
