SHEA, Teresa E.
Teresa E. Shea, 82, of Bloomfield, passed away on Friday (July 5, 2013) at Wintonbury Healthcare in Bloomfield. Born in Hartford, daughter of the late Michael and Delia Hopkins, she was a lifelong resident of Bloomfield. Before retiring, Teresa worked for Emhart Corporation in Bloomfield. She is survived by two sons, Barry J. Shea and his wife Gina of Tolland and Colin P. Shea of East Hartford; a granddaughter, Erica L. Shea and her fiancé Gregory Peracchio of Tolland; she was predeceased by a grandson, Justin Shea. She also leaves a sister, Elaine Chaponis of West Hartford.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 16 at 10 a.m. at St. Gertrude Church, Windsor, followed by burial at Mount St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield.
