To the Gowin family, Tom was a charmer as well as a wonderful historian, well read and quick witted. Listening to his stories of his time in the service was wonderful."Sir Thomas" as he was dubbed, was a true gentleman, always dressing very dapper. He will be missed by everyone at the Wethersfield/Rocky Hill Elks.
Regards,
Don and Marguerite Griffin
