BALASCAK, Anna Anna Balascak, 98, of Ballfall Rd., Middletown, wife of the late Charles Grishkat and the late John Balascak, died Monday, (June 13, 2005) at Middlesex Hospital. She is survived by her daughter, Janet Grishkat Dolin and her husband Edwin of Middletown; her sister, Veronica Sprouse of New Britain; her two granddaughters and their husbands, Margaret and David Williams of Houston, TX and Eliza and Edward Adams of Alexandria, VA; her beloved niece and her husband, Sandra and John Niemczyk, and their families; her nephew and his wife, Robert and Diane Piasecki, and their families; and her son-in-law, Chester Dzialo of Bonita Springs, FL. She was predeceased by her daughter, Doris Dzialo; and her sister Helen Piasecki. The Funeral Liturgy will be held Friday, 11 a.m. in St. Francis of Assisi Church, Elm St., Middletown.
