OSTERHOUT, Barbara Jennings
Barbara Jennings Osterhout, born March 4, 1928, passed away after a courageous eight year battle with ovarian cancer. Born in Montgomery, NY, the daughter of Mary Ethel and Raymond Jennings. Attended Vermont Junior College. She was the beloved wife of Richard A. Osterhout for 59 years, who previously passed. She is survived by her five children, Mike, Jeff, Rick, Ross, Susan Sojka and their spouses. She has nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Her family was her biggest treasure. A glass of wine and a beautiful sunset was all she asked. The family would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and staff at St. Francis Hospital for their loving care and the McLean Home and staff for their kind and loving way that mom was taken care of.
