Bebe M. KAMAL

KAMAL, Bebe M. Bebe M. (Yazbek) Kamal, 78, of Lawrence, MA, passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 17 2011, at her home with her loving family at her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward A Kamal who passed away in 1999 and beloved sister of Julia (Yazbek) Tierney who passed away in 1991 Mrs. Kamal was born and raised in Lawrence, where she attended public schools before marrying Eddie and moving to the Hartford area to raise their family. During her time in CT, she was a volunteer at Rockville Hospital. After living in CT for over 50 years, Mrs. Kamal returned to Lawrence five year ago where she led a very active life and was a volunteer at the Mary Immaculate Residence. Bebe is survived by her brother Samuel Yazbek of Lawrence and his husband, Nick Leahy; her four children, Michael Kamal and wife LeAnn of Daytona Beach, FL; Debbie (Kamal) Bator and her husband Chet of Willington, CT; Suzanne (Kamal) Campbell and her husband Jeff of Bethlehem, CT; and David Kamal and his wife Maria of Hebron, CT; her cousin Eleanor Yazbek of Lawrence and many other cousins. Bebe was the proud grandmother of ten grandchildren; Derek Kamal and his wife Lauren of Marietta, GA, Steve Kamal of Marietta, GA; Ryan Bator of Willington, CT, Julia, Jason, Mark and Sara Campbell of Bethlehem, CT, Ashley, Justin Kamal and Nicholas Maulucci of Hebron, CT. Arrangements: A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. next Tuesday, (January 25th), at Saint Anthony's Church, 145 Amesbury ST in Lawrence. The Kamal and Yazbek families want to thank the wonderful staff at Merrimack Valley Hospice. Their incredible support and generous gift of love was invaluable to us in our time of need.
