Harold Knickerbocker Obituary

KNICKERBOCKER, Harold A., JR. Harold A. "Skip" Knickerbocker, Jr passed away on October 16, 2009 at age 79. He is survived by his children, Holly (Roy) Hartley, Susan Knickerbocker, Tracey (Dean) Dube, Kenneth Knickerbocker, Brenda (Mark) McKeown, Michael (Allison) Lee, Melissa Lee; brother, Roger (Brenda) Knickerbocker; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his wife Janice Knickerbocker in 2004. He was a member of the Masons Columbia Lodge #25 for over 50 years in Glastonbury. He was also a member of the Sphinx Temple in Newington for over 25 years. A service will be held for both Skip and Janice at St. Marys Church, 41 Park St., Manchester, CT on Monday, Nov. 2 at 9:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Rocky Hill, CT. Donations can be made to the: Shriners Hospital for Children. send to Sphinx Center 3066 New England Tpke Newington, CT., 06111.

I'm going to miss him asking me what the weather is like in CT, and him saying "It's me calling you" on my voicemail, It won't be the same. I miss them both so much.
