Martin M. Doctoroff

The honorable Martin M. Doctoroff, 69, of Birmingham, MI, brother of Dr. Stephen Doctoroff of West Hartford, died Tuesday, (July 9, 2002) after a long courageous battle with ALS. He was the husband of the late Allene Doctoroff, Ph.D. Until the last month of his illness, Judge Doctoroff was a very active and vital member of his community and family. He was an Appeals Court Judge in the State of Michigan serving as Chief Judge from 1992-1997. He leaves a second brother, Michael of Natick, MA; two loving sisters-in-law; four sons and their wives; seven grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and numerous devoted friends.
