Mildred (Gaudiano) Albano, 81, of Wethersfield, widow of Louis J. Albano, died Tuesday, (December 24, 2002) at a local convalescent hospital. She was born in Hartford, daughter of the late Joseph A. Gaudiano, Sr. and Lucy (Toce) Gaudiano and had lived in Wethersfield since 1969. She was a longtime communicant of St. Augustine Church. She is survived by her son, Rocco D. Albano of E. Haddam; a grandson, Daniel K. Albano, of E. Haddam; three brothers, Daniel Gaudiana of Wethersfield, Rocco Gaudiana of Newington, and John Gaudiana of West Hartford; two sisters, Genevieve LaCava and Annette LaCava, both of Wethersfield; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Joseph A. Gaudiano, Jr. and a sister, Isabelle DeCorleto. The funeral will be Friday, December 27, 2002, 8:45 a.m. from The Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke., Wethersfield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 9:30 a.m. in St. Augustine Church, 10 Campfield Ave., Hartford.
