Rose Clark Obituary



Rose (Woronick) Clark, 87, of New Britain, widow of Kenneth Farnham Clark, died Tuesday morning at John Dempsey Hospital in Farmington. Born in Meriden, one of 15 children of the late Peter and the late Pauline (Kajrys) Woronick, she graduated from Meriden High School, and was an administrative assistant at WPOP Radio. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, David F. and Deborah M. Clark of Burlington, a daughter, Judy (Clark) Sosnicki of Center Moriches, Long Island, New York, three grandchildren, Alan W. and Ian T. Clark, and Kenneth Clark Sosnicki, and a great-grandson, Ethan D. Clark. A private graveside service will be held in the Veteran's Section of Fairview Cemetery, New Britain, The Rev. Pamela Rose Vollinger officiating. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Cancer Society, New England Division, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701. Porter's Funeral Service in Berlin is assisting her family.
