HELMOLT SR., Wendell R.
Wendell R. Helmolt, Sr., 90, of Palm Harbor, FL, passed on February 21, 2013. He was born in Albany NY, and predeceased by his daughter Deborah L. Coccomo. Survivors include his wife Clara; son Wendell R. Helmolt Jr. of West Hartford; six grand- and seven great grandchildren. He served in the US Navy during World War II. He attended MIT and Tuffs College in MA, receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, worked for GE for many years, then went into the Injection Molding Machine business retiring at the age of 70. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Services will be private. Donations may be made to the American Heart Association.

Dear Skip and Family- so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. I have fond memories of him from our childhood on Phillip Henry Circle- a friendly man with a big smile- a great guy!

Clara, and Wendell's family... I am very sorry to hear of Wendell's passing... To Wendell's children, I got to know your Dad through him marrying Clara, He was always a gentleman, and a kind person. Clara, keep all of your precious memories close to your heart, and he will always be with you.... My deepest condolences....
