Lynn M. Maccio Obituary


Lynn M. (Cetnarowski) Maccio, 64, of Enfield, beloved wife of Peter R. Maccio, died Sunday (June 22, 2014) at Yale New Haven Hospital after her courageous battle with heart disease. Born in Springfield, MA on January 7, 1950 daughter of the late Edward and Mary (Sypeck) Cetnarowski she was a lifelong resident. Before retiring she was employed by Hallmark Cards, Enfield for 29 years. Lynn was a communicant of St. Patrick Church, Enfield. In addition to her husband, Peter, she leaves three step-children, Stephanie Petkers and her husband, Jon of Freeport, ME, Domenic Maccio and his wife, Pamela of Woolwich, ME and Christina Proulx and her husband, Robert of Worcester, MA; a brother, Edward Cetnarowski and his wife, Jennette of Enfield; a sister-in-law, Rose Maccio of Rocky Hill; six grandchildren, Jonathan Mervine, Lilly and Alex Maccio, Ava Petkers and Violet and Lila Proulx; an aunt, Helen Sypeck of Enfield; a godchild, Donna Chrzan and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family and friends may gather on Friday June 27 at 9 a.m., at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Road, Enfield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick Church. Burial will follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery, Enfield. Her family will receive friends on Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Leete-Stevens. Memorial donations may be made to the donor's choice or to your local animal shelter. Lynn's wish is to please consider being an organ donor.
