Edna Truscinski Obituary

Edna (Ruducha) Truscinski, 93, of New Britain, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at Monsignor Bojnowski Manor. She was the beloved wife of the late Anthony Truscinski. Born in New Britain, she was a lifelong resident and a member of Sacred Heart Church and its Ladies Guild. She worked at Fafnir Bearing Company for over 20 years. A loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she leaves her two sons, Dr. Edward Truscinski and his wife Kathleen of New Britain and Thomas Truscinski and his wife Deborah of Okeechobee, FL and four grandchildren, Dr. Sarah Esparza, Mark Truscinski, Christine White and Stephen Truscinski; four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Monday, July 14th, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Burritt Hill Funeral Home, 332 Burritt St., New Britain, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, New Britain. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in Sacred Heart Cemetery, New Britain.
