dear tasker family:

i would like to extend my deepest symathies for your loss.

as a childhood friend of tracy and troy, i'm reminded of the fun, carefree days spent growing up in columbia and how welcome and loved i felt at your home. baking brownies with tracy, trying to catch tadpoles with troy in the stream out back, and the fact that you, mrs. tasker, always made it a point to hug me when you saw me and kiss me goodnight are vivid, happy, real memories that i've keep with me and have visited frequently over the years.

my prayers and those of my family are with you during this difficult time.

Although I have not seen Troy in many years, he has always been in my heart. He, Tracy, Ronnie and I were very close when we were young. I was devastated to hear about Troy as well as Tracy many years ago. I feel a great emptiness inside for my cousin and his family. I can only find comfort in knowing that brother and sister are reunited. I'm so sorry I wasn't in contact with him for so long. Please know that my heart aches for all of the people his life touched as well as my own.
