During this last year he was blessed with the support of many wonderful people. The family would like to thank Tamara and Kent of Windsor Locks VNA; Kathy, Diane, Latoya and the magnificent Michelle from Vitas Hospice. They would also like to send a special thank you to his Cardiology team from the Newington VA, Primary Home Care Kathleen O'Neil APRN, Endocrinology, Varman Samuel M.D. and his favorite girl, Mary Martin-O'Brien APRN, Cardiology. Conny will be missed by all who knew him but as he would say "Gerai, Gerai, Gerai" (good good good).
