MAYSA, Peter P.

Peter P. Maysa, 67, of Burlington, best friend and loving husband of Lenore (Matczak) Maysa, died unexpectedly Saturday, (November 10, 2012). Born in New Britain, May 4, 1945, son of the late Frank and Ann (Gay) Maysa, he was a graduate of New Britain High School, Class of 1963. Pete was the owner of Construction Consultants Group, providing electrical estimating services to a number of local and out of state contractors. Pete and Lenore enjoyed spending time at their home on Cape Cod. Pete also enjoyed golfing and was a member of the Chippanee Golf Club in Bristol for a number of years. He also enjoyed spending time with their beloved Springer Spaniel, Tucker. Besides his loving wife of 41 years, he is survived by his daughter, Amy M. Armata and her husband Mike of Medford, MA; his daughter Abby Maysa and her fiancée John Fedorich of New Britain; his brother, John Maysa and his wife Nilsa of New Hartford; his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Evelyn and Robert Nogiec of Berlin and a number of nieces and nephews; as well as many additional family and friends. Peter's legacy will continue on in others through the gift of tissue donation.
Friends may call at The Ahern Funeral Home, 111 Main St., Rt. 4, Unionville on Wednesday, Nov. 14 from 4-8 p.m. Funeral procession from The Ahern Funeral Home will be Thursday, Nov. 15 at 9:15 a.m. followed by the Funeral Liturgy in the Church of St. Mary Star of the Sea, Unionville at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, New Britain.
