Obituary Condolences

Leah Vincent, 97, of Bloomfield, died at home on Saturday, (March 30, 2013). She was born in Salisbury, VT on September 10, 1915, daughter of the late Herbert and Mabel (Wimette) Vincent. She graduated from Middlebury High School in Middlebury, VT. She was employed by Royal Typewriter Company of Hartford for many years. She lived in Hartford for many years and had lived in Bloomfield since 1989. She is survived by two sisters, Sylvia Ahern of South Windsor and Beulah Jurach of Bloomfield; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Perry Vincent.
She will be buried in Middlebury, VT after a Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart Church in Bloomfield. Funeral services and burial are private. The family wishes to express its gratitude to Masonicare Partners, Home Health and Hospice and to Connecticut Community Care, Inc. for all the special care given to Leah.
