A message to my Dad:
Dear Dad,
We are so lucky to have had you for our father. As I reflect on my early childhood, so many wonderful memories are racing into my mind. A couple that have stood out to me was going to church with you as a very young boy and wearing your neckties. They were too long for me and dragged to the ground. The other was you calling me "My Dave" ! What I realize now is how supportive and proud you were of me despite how funny I must have looked and how I wanted to wear your ties because I wanted to be just like my Dad. Now that I am older I want you to know that I am the proud one. I am so incredibly proud to have you as my dad and to be your son. I am forever grateful for all the lessons you taught and the values you instilled in each one of us. Your spirit will remain alive through me as I pass these same lessons and values down to my son, Thomas, who is named after the greatest man I ever knew, YOU DAD ! There is one thing that hasn't changed through these years and never will. I want to be just like you !
I LOVE YOU FOREVER AND ALWAYS DAD,
"Your Dave"

Ann and Family,
May Tom forever rest in peace. Our heartfelt sympathy is with all of you now, in the passing of a wonderful person to have known, Tom. He has left many with fond memories and prayers for all of us at those special occasions. I always wondered how he managed to get through all those years, with all those sisters. As you all can see he conquered it all. He gave of his time to teach others about the importance of faith in their lives and lived that faith, with his family. He touched my family with prayers at our special occasions. So Tom, although you have passed into another life, you will always be in our thoughts and prayers. And yes, REST IN HEAVENLY PEACE!
