Doris Gendreau Obituary
Doris M. Gendreau, 89, of East Hartford, died Saturday, September 10, 2016. Born September 27, 1926 in Madawaska, ME, Doris was the daughter of the late Adolphe and Alice (Dube) Gendreau. After moving to Connecticut, she worked 40 years for the Electro-Flex company prior to her retirement. Doris enjoyed various arts and crafts with other East Hartford Seniors, and spending time with family and friends. She is survived by 3 sisters Alida Albert of Fort Kent, ME, Laurette Lizotte of Madawaska, ME, and Theresa Cyr of Vernon, CT; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. A Memorial Service will be held for Doris on Thursday, October 6, 2016, 7:00pm at the Benjamin J Callahan Funeral Home, 318 Burnside Avenue, East Hartford, CT.
