LUBOYESKI, Eugene Charles Eugene Charles Luboyeski, widower of Genevieve (Lisiecki) Luboyeski, of Bristol, passed away on Friday (November 24, 2006). Mr. Luboyeski was born in Poland on August 11, 1911, a son of the late Joseph and Constance Luboyeski. Eugene, a member of the U.A.W., retired from New Departure after 32 years, where he received numerous awards for both designs and recommendations for worker safety. He was a longtime parishioner of St. Stanislaus Church and a member of the Polish American Citizens Club. Eugene enjoyed traveling, playing cards, gardening and dancing especially at many Polish music festivals. He also enjoyed spending many summers with his family at the Connecticut shore. Eugene is survived by is three daughters, Constance Gallagher, Lorna Sterling, Eugenie Bugda; his two sons, Stephen Luboyeski and Victor Luboyeski; dearest family friends, John and Mary Smith; his grandchildren, John Manion, Marcie Ziv, Jessica Hebb, Kevin Smith, Matthew Smith, Jennie Sample, Erica Luboyeski, Shannon Luboyeski and Eliot Bugda, his great-grandchildren J.J. Ziv, A.J. Ziv, Ethan Hebb, Madelyn Hebb, Cole Smith and Sam Smith. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2006 at 10 a.m. from O'Brien Funeral Home, 24 Lincoln Ave., Forestville to St. Stanislaus Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. Calling hours will be from 4-8 p.m. on Monday. In lieu of flowers, donations in Eugene's memory may be made to: Peg Coughlin Nursing Scholarship Fund, c/o Main Street Community Foundation, 200 Main St., Bristol, CT 06010.
